Co-IFA analysis of PfArp4-Ty1::PfArp6-HA line at ring, trophozoite, or schizont, respectively. we performed co-IFA to validate the direct interaction between PfArp4 and PfArp6. As shown this indicates that the two ARPs may be localized to the nucleus although more careful analysis is needed to conclude this throughout blood-stage development.
