Immunoelectronmicroscopy of rhoptries from schizont-infected erythrocytes at different stages. Cells were fixed in 0.05% glutaraldehyde in 0.1 M cacodylate buffer for 15 min on ice and processed for immunostaining with mAblB9 and protein A-gold.
