PfRipr-HA localization on paraformaldehyde-fixed mature schizonts from PfRipr-HA transfected P. falciparum were probed with rabbit anti-HA antibodies (Ripr-HA: green) and co-stained with mouse antibodies to AMA1, a microneme marker (AMA1: red).
