Immunofluorescence assay using anti-c-Myc (green), anti-GAP45 (red) and DAPI (blue) in PfMyoA-2cMyc-2FLAG-tag transgenic parasites shows the successful expression of the C-terminal tag and confirmed that the tagged PfMyoA still localised to its expected location in schizonts (at the periphery).
