PfAP2-O-GFP-HA-DD24 is expressed in schizont stage parasites. Fluorescence microscopy of late schizont parasites shows that GFP-tagged PfAP2-O colocalizes with the DAPI (nuclear stain) signal. WGA marks the surface of red blood cells.
