Expression, trafficking, and localization of native eCiJp. Immunofluorescence images depicting exported eCiJp to predominantly colocalize with the J-dot marker protein- PfHSP70x whereas lower colocalization was observed with Knob protein-PfKAHRP and with the Maurer’s cleft protein PfSBP1.
