Immunofluorescence assay with PfUPF1-HA and PfUPF2-HA parasites. Infected RBCs were fixed with paraformaldehyde/glutaraldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100, and probed with rat anti-HA (1:300), followed by AlexaFluor anti-rat 568 (1:600).
