PF3D7_1365500 glycine cleavage system T protein, putative aminomethyltransferase, mitochondrial, putative

Localization of T-proteinby immunofluorescence microscopy. Co-localization of T-protein with mitotracker was studied using 5 mg of anti-PfTIgG. Pf, P. falciparum; Pb, P. berghei; MT, mitotracker; IE,infected erythrocyte; P, parasite; H, hemozoin. Scale bar: 5 mm. using anti-PfTIgG revealed the co-localization of T-protein with mitotracker suggesting that the native T-protein is localized to the mitochondrion and the similar localization pattern was observed in P. berghei as well.
