Localization of PfBlm in different intra-erythrocytic stages of P. falciparum by immunofluorescence staining and confocal microscopy. The cells were fixed and immunostained with purified primary antibodies against PfBlm followed by fluoro-isothiocyanate-labelled secondary antibody and then counterstained with DAPI.
