CID 1067700 affected the localization pattern of PfVPS35 that resulted in diffused signals. Data demonstrated that the inhibition of PfRab7 resulted in the disassembly of retromer complex. This further indicated the possible role of PfRab7 as a regulator retromer complex in P. falciparum.
