Fold change (FC) in average abundance of individual lipids. The FC and standard deviation (s.d.) in FC values are computed over the entire intraerythrocytic developmental cycle (IDC). Basically, FC of a given metabolite is computed by taking ratio of it's average abundance during the IDC in infected erythrocyte cultures over the uninfected cultures. The classification of individual lipids into sub classes is based on lipidsmaps.org. |
